Colin is all better!

Colin got his stitches out over the weekend and is feeling much better! We went to his house to play today. Colin and I found a huge bug outside! Lucy was able to play with Joal again too, they are both getting so big! Thanks Miss Abigail for having us over to play again!

Parade

We went to a parade today! It was just a couple of blocks from our house. RJ was so excited to see the motorcycles, cars, clowns, and bands. I really liked the bands as well and just enjoyed watching all the people pass on by. RJ entertained a few bystanders with his moves of course. Daddy is home today from a 36 hour shift, I missed him a lot. He is on ICU now and has these calls every fourth day. Mommy is excited though because he has a weekend night off when Nana comes to visit, so Mommmy and Daddy can get out to dinner for their anniversary. I promise I will be good Nana, I don't know about RJ though. Haha, just kidding. Have a great weekend everyone, miss you!

RJ and Lucy Milestones

I have been learning my numbers and colors like crazy! I love playing silly alphabet games, like find the letter, put the sticker on the letter, and much more. I count just about everything I see now. Mommy was so impressed when I remembered how many pumpkins we bought, including how many big/small. I also remembered how many babies were at the coffee shop later on in the day. I started to trace my name with Mommy too. Daddy and I play with letters and numbers in the bathtub at night. I was just thinking, I will be so lucky with such a short name to write in school!

Lucy is doing better with tummy time, though she still hates it. I like when she moves her head back and forth to find me though. She is also growing out of some of her 0-3 month clothes. Lucy just started taking a nap or two a day in her crib, which Mommy loves! She is starting to take one bottle a day too. I like it when Daddy lets me hold Lucy.

I hope Mom Mom and Pop Pop are having a fun time in Hawaii with Ava and Reese. Please give them kisses from us. I can't wait to see Nana in a couple of weeks too. We are getting our pictures done that weekend and Nana is bringing me a Halloween gingerbread house! I will try to not to eat it before we build it!

2 Months Old

Well I was 2 months old on the 17th and I am growing bigger everyday! I was 9 lbs, 9 ounces and 23 inches long. I am still Mommy and Daddy's little peanut. I love to listen to music with my big brother. RJ likes when I shake the maraca around, sometimes I bop myself in the face, which RJ finds even more amusing. I don't find it that amusing. We can't wait to come see you all again soon. Love you.

Gloomy Day Fun

Today it was not so nice outside. I had fun finger painting with yogurt and cinnamon. I ended up eating most of it. I also painted a dragon too, I love painting! I am learning more letters now and I like finding "R for RJ" whenever we are out somewhere. I am starting to learn my numbers as well. Lately, I have been loving stickers!

Hello! It is an early Halloween Greeting! Our costumes from Mom Mom came today and we just had to try them on. Doesn't RJ look like a scary dragon?! I think I make a pretty cute turtle myself, though the shell is a bit overwhelming! I also wanted to share a video of me with you. I love playing on RJ's old mat, there is a star that is in the middle that I try to get every time. He is just too high to reach. I will get him one of these days! You should see the look of determination on my face! We are planning a visit the week of the 19th of Oct. We can't wait! Oh, ps, Aunt Nancy gave me this cute little dress. Thank you!

Dragon Days

We went to the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival today at Town Point Park. It was such a pretty day, especially being right on the water. Right when we got there, I saw a big dragon dancing. A nice man let me touch all of the dragon heads that are used in the parades. They had big teeth! I also made a Chinese lantern and watched some dances. There was even some animals from the Aquarium to see, I liked petting the turtle the best. Lucy slept through the whole thing, but that was a good thing because we still had time for some ice cream before we left. She didn't wake up until we came home, she sure missed a fun day!

Remembering 911

We went to a 9/11 Memorial today at Daddy's hospital. We all had to wear red and then we walked around the base as a big group. Afterwards, we had some bagels in the galley. Miss Heidi and Baby Davan came along with us.

Another Playdate

We had such a great visit to Jersey, thank you so much everyone for making it a really special trip! We miss you all like crazy! Here is a picture of one of my first smiles as well as the first hair clip Mommy fit in my hair. Aunt Kyle bought me this outfit, I really like it. RJ and I went to Miss Heidi's house for a playdate today. On Saturday we are going to this Chinese Festival, RJ is so excited, there are supposed to be dragons there!!!
