Guess Who is Walking?

Intern Graduation

Well he did it, Daddy graduated from internship this morning. We are all so proud of him, it was a lot of hard work. I enjoyed sitting right next to the band and we also played a lot in the hallways since us kids thought we were too cool to stay in the ceremony. I can't believe a whole year has gone by, but I am excited to see everyone in New Jersey this coming week. I am also going to love living at the beach. Wow, so many changes, but I have a wonderful little sister to share them all with!

Hail and Farewell

Wow, a whole year has gone by! We went to Daddy's Hail and Farewell at the beach today. We had our own pavillion and then could walk right to the beach. I went in the ocean with Daddy, but I did not want him to put me down, the waves were really big! Lucy was not such a fan of the ocean but she liked to watch it. Mommy said she better get used to it. It was so warm and clear though. It was a great way to end the year. I am getting excited for Daddy's graduation coming up as well.

Coach Would be Proud

We went to the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame Museum today with Joel and his family. It was something fun to do on a hot and steamy day. RJ drove a pretend race car, pitched a no hitter and scored a few goals for the world cup. I liked sitting with Joel in the box seats as we watched the game together.

Happy Early Birthday

We had the babies' 1st Birthdays tonight at Miss Heidi's house. I had fun playing swords with Colin. Miss Abigail even made me a shield! Lucy loved her cupcake, I think that was the longest she ever sat in one place, since she started crawling. All of the babies got cleaned off in the baby pool after their cake. Thank you Miss Heidi for having us, Miss Abigail for our crowns, Miss Ashley for getting our eating utensils, and Miss Jessica for making our yummy cake. I am getting very excited for my birthday now, it is almost July!

MMMMMMM Oatmeal

Hot, Hot, Hot!

Today, RJ and I went out early to play in the pool and sprinkler. Mommy and Logan took us for a long walk down by the ships this morning. I am really going to miss walking around here. Then we set everything up and had some fun. A friendly neighbor stopped by to give us an extra beach ball.

Donald Duck's Birthday

We went to Town Point Park today to celebrate Donald Duck's Birthday, apparently it was today. We hung out by the water all morning. I watched a guy cutting down big tree branches, it reminded me of being at Mom Mom's. I also went splashing in the fountains, I would not even go near them last year! Then Lucy and I played some lawn games, like a bean bag toss and hula hoops. I painted a birdhouse magnet for daddy and ate a cupcake too. Then, a nice lady helped me make a noodle necklace and she painted a snake on my leg! Finally, we found a bench near the main road and I sat and watched the "parade" with Mommy and Lucy as we ate lunch. On our way back, I said to Mommy, "I'm happy we are home." That made mommy happy too but then again we are moving to a new home pretty soon. Yes, I think I am officially a Navy brat now.
