Monster Pudding

Yes, it was another rainy day today, day number 4 down here. The rain is crazy and we have so many branches down in our yard from those big trees. My favorite Little Bear episode is when Father bear is grouchy and Little Bear thinks he is a monster. Little Bear makes him some Monster Pudding to turn him back into Father Bear. For lunch today, we made Monster Pudding. I think Mommy was turning into a monster after being stuck in the house for this long. It was really yummy!

A Visit

Mom Mom and Pop Pop came to see us this week! We had such a fun time! They came on Thursday night and we ate pizza and cupcakes for Mom Mom's birthday. On Friday, they took Lucy and I to the playground. Then we went to get ice cream. That night, we had a nice lasagna dinner thanks to Mom Mom and took a long walk by the water. Saturday we played in the pool outside and then they watched us so Mommy and Daddy could go out to eat. Of course their visit would not be complete without a dance party. Thank you so much for coming to see us and for all of your help.

First Trip to the Dentist

Daddy took me to the dentist today. I was such a big boy! I sat in the chair, let them count and clean my teeth, and did not cry at all. I even took home a goody bag. Mommy, Daddy, Mom Mom and Pop Pop were very proud of me.

My Photobook Experience with Shutterfly

Being in a military family, I had to find creative ways to compile our memories and share them with family. Shutterfly had all of the answers at outstanding prices. I can recall creating my first photobook for my mother, mother-in-law and grandmother for Mother's Day. The whole process was quite easy to follow. Uploading the pictures and compiling the book was a breeze, as I used the Simple Path Method. With this path, Shutterfly will compose your book for you. You have less choices for backgrounds, however, being a mom of two and with one on the way, I am all about saving time. You can use their Custom Path for more options though. For all the moms out there, Shutterfly won the Good Housekeeping seal of approval for the best website for photobooks. You can also use Facebook, your computer and Shutterfly to download pictures for your book. Needless to say, my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother thoroughly enjoyed their photobooks. Even though we live far away, they were able to see their grandchildren grow up and share the joys of their childhood with friends and family.
Here are some great links for creating cards from Shutterfly:

Baby Bump Is Out

Well, I had to put on Rob's shorts today. The bump has started! I am also starting to feel a little better. I had both kids today and we survived. They are really excited for the new baby. RJ asks everyday, "Is the baby going to come out when I wake up from nap." Me, "No, not until Mommy's tummy gets really big." RJ, "It is already really big." Thanks so much son. :0) Wait until you see it in 6 months!

Hanging in There

Wow, what a crazy month! After finding out Mommy was going to have another baby, she got really sick of course. Unfortunately, she is still pretty sick. She is about 10 weeks now, so hopefully another month and she will be feeling better. Because she could not watch us during the day, Lucy and I have been going to school, 3 days a week, all day long! We are both doing pretty well with it, we have our good and bad days, but our teachers are really nice. I come home every day with a million pictures that I colored for Mommy. It is funny too because on our daily sheets, you can see the huge comparison of food Lucy and I eat each day. She usually eats everything no matter what it is and I would be satisfied with a roll all day. Mom thinks I am crazy. Well, I think she is crazy because all she can eat all day is poptart after poptart, otherwise she gets sick. She also has Daddy get her a Subway sandwich for dinner every night, poor guy. Daddy has been doing a lot of work lately. He gets us up early and gets us ready for school, drops us off, goes to work, picks us up, comes home, makes dinner, cleans up, gives us our bath, does laundry, etc.... It has been a lot of work. Mommy is very thankful that we have all been so good through this rough time. I keep asking when the baby is going to come out. I am excited because when the baby comes, Lucy and I are going to share a room and we are getting this cool new bed! I will get to sleep on the top bed and Lucy will have the bottom, it is really neat. Mom Mom and Pop Pop are coming to visit next week. We can't wait. Mommy also goes to her first doctor's appointment on the 21st for an utrasound and bloodwork. Well I think that pretty much covers everything that has been going on. We miss and love you all!
