Colin's House for Dinner

We just got back from Colin's house and I had a blast! We went swimming in the pool and I even let Daddy take me all the way in this time. You should have seen me kicking my feet! We had hotdogs and corn for dinner and then some chocolate cake with strawberries, yum! Colin was so nice to share all of his toys with me. I loved playing outside with his big bulldozer, it was fun to ride! Thanks Colin for a great time! Oh and this is a picture of Logan and I at naptime today, I did not make it up to my room.

Hail and Farewell BBQ

Tonight we had the Hail and Farewell BBQ for the exiting and entering interns. It was held on base on the hospital grounds. We had a blast! I ran around with Daddy and my new friend Kai. We also tried to climb these really big trees. I did not make it too far up though. The chocolate cupcake was oh so yummy, even though most of it ended up on my face. Mommy was so glad she gave me a bath before the party. Well I am tired now, off to watch my show before I go to bed. Miss everyone!

Lucy Update

Mommy went to the doctor today. I stayed in the child waiting center, not too happy about that one. Anyway, everything looked great with Mommy and Lucy. Lucy was in the head down position. Mommy's glucose test came back fine as well; her blood pressure and Lucy's heartrate were also good. No big news yet. They did tell Mommy she will probably go a little early. They said anything after 34 weeks, they will let nature take its course and not stop anything. I want Lucy to come out now. That is what I tell Mommy everyday as I try to push her out of Mommy's stomach. Yeah, I say that now is what you are probably thinking. When she is here, I will be trying to find a way to put her back in! It is really neat though because I love watching Lucy poke at me through Mommy's belly. I think she is telling me hi!

Ocean View Beach Park

We attempted the beach again today with Daddy. We heard about this beach that is less crowded, has bathrooms, free parking and has much calmer water. I really enjoyed myself. I played in the sand, went for a walk with Mommy and even played in the water with Daddy. It was a fun day! I just don't understand why those seagulls kept flying away from me. Oh, we took a picture of the fishing/crabbing pier that we will take Coach to when he comes down.

Mall and Barnes and Noble

Today I went to the MacArthur Center Mall in Norfolk thanks to a suggestion from Aunt Hillary and an invite from a friend. We played in the indoor play area. I loved the dolphins, the train and the truck. Everything made noise, it was great! There was also a nice, comfy place for Mommy to sit, I think she enjoyed that. Then we went to story time at Barnes and Noble. Miss Dawn read zoo stories, we sang songs, played zoo bingo and had a goldfish snack. I enjoyed all of this with my friend Kai. Tomorrow we are going to try to do something special with Daddy and then Mommy has her Dr.'s appt. on Wed. I am as busy as a bee!

Weekend with Mom Mom, Pop Pop and Aunt Kate

Mom Mom, Pop Pop and Aunt Kate came to visit me this weekend. We had so much fun spending time together. I showed them how I like to rock on the porch, we took a walk around my neighborhood and then ate some pizza together. They brought me a new basketball net to practice my skills and Josh and Jason gave me their old fire truck, thank you so much! Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner together and I stayed home to play with everyone. I enjoyed a big bowl of ice cream of course and Mom Mom and Aunt Kate gave me a bath. On Saturday, we took a long walk to see the ships. We also played on the playground for a little bit. It was sooooooo hot out! I fell asleep on the way home, like I said it was a long walk, even if you were in a stroller. After lunch, we had to say goodbye. I think this is the last of the visits until Lucy makes her appearance. Oh I almost forgot, Aunt Nancy also sent me an early birthday present. I can't wait to make all the yummy stuff she sent, especially Sand Cake. Thank you so much everyone for a wonderful weekend. I love you and miss you already.

Colin's House

Today I went to play at Colin's house! We played with his firetrucks, tractors and airplane set. He even let me take a train home! We walked down to the lake to feed some ducks, but they were not out. They don't know what they were missing, we had Fruit Loops for them! So we went to the park instead. Colin was such a great friend, he held my hand when I was too scared to go into the tunnel. Then we went back to his house for some milk and cookies. As you can see, I took some home with me in the car and fell asleep, chocolate drool, yum! We are going to meet some of Daddy's friends tonight at dinner. It is at an Irish Pub, I promise I won't dance too much. Miss you!
