• loves people, steps, the bathroom and Logan's bowls
• all done breastfeeding, still takes formula through cup with straw
• sleeps through the night
• starting to stand and let go
• done with purees, loves real food now
• loves pizza, apple slices, all sweets like her daddy
• comes to anyone who has food
• loves the swings and slides at the park
• says "baba"
• loves bathtime with RJ and taking walks with Logan (she can hear me get the leash and comes crawling)
• loves music (Kidz Bop videos, ABDC), and tv (Mickey, Yo Gabba Gabba)
• loves being read to, current favorites: The Doggy Book, Goodnight Gorilla, Peek a Boo Baby, little boardbook set my mom got her

Lucy's First Beach Trip (when she can actually be awake for things)

I have been to Virginia Beach before. However, I was much too young to see anything, I slept the whole time. Anyway, today I was able to see the sea gulls, eat lunch on the boardwalk, sit in the sand, and run in the water with RJ and Mommy. We even stopped for some ice cream before we went home. I bet you are not surprised I ate every last bit!

A Dip in the Pool or Pollen for that Matter

Everything is a lovely yellowish-green around here! Pollen or as I like to call it, "Colin," is everywhere! Today I said, "My nose is itchy because there is Colin outside." Mommy thought that was pretty funny. We went outside for a dip in the pool. Lucy did not like it very much. She loves bath time but this water was a little cold. She did enjoy eating a few rocks though. She must get this from Aunt Jacki, I heard she found sand to be really yummy! I had fun splishing and splashing though. Aunt Lisa and Uncle Jeff came to visit yesterday. I showed them all of my toys and my room, I honestly did not stop talking. It was so nice to see them though, thank you for the visit! Lucy missed those flipflops Aunt Lisa!

It's not Summer yet is it?

It sure feels like it! It is supposed to be 90 today! We had a pool party at Colin's house this morning. His mommy set the whole backyard up with water tables, pools, a sandbox, slide and yummy treats. Thanks so much for a great time! Great friends, great weather, I couldn't ask for more.

Playing at the Park

We found a new park today! Thanks Miss Ashley! It was so sunny and warm, almost like summer. I crawled all over the equipment, went down the slide, and screamed when Mommy took me out of the swing, I did not want to get off. RJ was such a climber today. I hope I can climb and slide like him someday.

Happy Easter

Easter at the Stables

Mommy and Daddy took RJ and I to Oceana Stables today. We got our picture with the Easter bunny, rode on a hayride, rode ponies and went into a petting zoo. The weather was just perfect. Nana will appreciate my outfit. Mommy thought it looked like her Little House on the Prairie outfit. Thanks Aunt Ave for such a cute dress! Have a Happy Easter everyone, we miss and love you!
