Crawfish Boil

Aunt Nancy would be proud! We went to our first official Crawfish Boil tonight. It was right on the water and the weather was perfect. There were tables of crawfish, corn, and potatoes. I even helped clean them with a hose! I called them "bugs." They also had gumbo, I did not eat that though, it was too spicy, Mommy loved it! I had fun chasing the dogs, swinging on the swing, dancing to the band and walking by the water. Lucy had fun eating 1 1/2 hotdogs! It was a prefect night with Daddy's friends!

March of Dimes Walk

We had the March of Dimes Walk today downtown. I went with Miss Heidi and Davan. I wore my cheerleader outfit that Miss Michelle got me to cheer on the walkers! Rj did a great job and even walked some of the walk with Daddy. He had fun waving to all of the policemen.

Yet Another Parade

We went downtown tonight to see a parade. It was the Virginia International Tattoo Parade of Bands. There was a Scottish band with bagpipes, dancers and the Marine band as well. I liked the Marines the best and kept asking the other band to be quiet so they could play. Of course, I marched along with them and I could not wait to get home to tell Daddy all about it.

Olive Garden

We went to Olive Garden today for Miss Ashley's birthday. We needed a BIG table to fit 5 babies and RJ!

Nana's Visit

I was talking about it all week, Nana was coming to see me! Friday finally came and I tried to take a nap before she got here, but I was just too excited. She brought Lucy and I a surprise or two of course and then we headed to the park for the afternoon. We took a nice walk and looked at the geese. Then we went on the slides and swings. For dinner, we made pizza and ate it on the porch. Then we played outside until it started to get dark and I was a "dirty bum." On Saturday, it was really cloudy and would rain off and on, but we still went to the zoo. I had fun showing Nana all of the animals and liked riding the train with her as well. We also went to the gift shop at the end and I picked out a zoo truck, Lucy got a pink lion. Coming home, Mommy got super lost because the tunnel was closed, but Lucy and I got a great nap! We watched the Lion King that afternoon and then Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner. I think I had the most fun looking at pictures on Nana's camera. Then she taught me how to take pictures and I turned into a paparazzo! It will be sad to say goodbye tomorrow morning. But we will be back in New Jersey soon. Thank you again Nana. We love you!

Colin's Soccer Game

I got to watch Colin play soccer today! Watch out Aunt Kyle, he has some moves! Lucy and Joel liked hanging out together. I really liked at the end when the parents made a tunnel and the players ran through it. I told Mommy, when I get big, I am going to wear a green shirt and kick it in too! Go Colin, great game!
